The Story

Lupinus polyphyllus MINI GALLERY™ ‘Red’ is a garden standout with floriferous berry-red blooms that attract hummingbirds, butterflies and bees. Its compact form and dense flower spikes make a beautiful addition to containers, borders and small spaces.

MINI GALLERY ‘Red’ is a hybrid of L. polyphyllus, a native species from western North America. It thrives in full sun but can tolerate partial shade. Plant in well-drained, sandy or loamy soil and water regularly during the first growing season. Once established, Lupines are relatively drought tolerant. Allow the soil to dry out between waterings. Deadheading spent flowers may encourage additional blooms, and once flowering ends cut back to the ground to promote healthy growth next season.
