The Story

12-24" tall x 12-24" wide. Calamintha nepeta glandulosa ‘White Cloud’ (Nepeta) is an easy care, pollinator-friendly favorite that brightens the garden with tiny tubular white flowers on sturdy upright stems. The leaves release a lovely minty-oregano scent when brushed, so plant this hardy perennial in a sunny location along paths or garden borders where it will get some attention. ‘White Cloud’ is happy in average soil and will tolerate both moist and dry soil conditions. A good companion to colorful Echinacea, Agastache, and Lavender. Plant it along retaining walls or areas where a low maintenance, deer resistant perennial with bountiful flowers is desired. Shear back the first flush of flowers when they’ve faded to tidy up the plant and to encourage more flowers.
